**JOB OVERVIEW**

**Great North, an Innovex Company,** is a full-service provider of custom manufactured wellheads and supplies.

We are recruiting a reliable and detail orientated **Delivery & Pickup Driver** to join our Edmonton Shipping and Receiving team. You will be responsible for delivering and picking up products and goods, using our Company’s F550 flatbed truck, ensuring timely and accurate service for both vendors and our customers. Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will be a key representative of Great North when interacting with clients.

**Hours of Work**: Full-time, 40 hours/week, overtime as required

**Work Location**: Edmonton

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide outstanding customer service to vendors and customers during interactions at delivery sites
- Ensure order accuracy and integrity during deliveries and pickups
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs
- Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to meet company goals
- Safely operate the F550 truck in compliance with the Motor Vehicle Act while transporting goods to/from designated locations
- Maintain a professional and conscientious attitude as a representative of Great North

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 1 year driving experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Forklift experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract (required at the time of hire)
- Experience driving automatic transmission vehicles in various weather and road conditions
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs

Pay: $18.00 per hour
