**Residential & Commercial Cleaner Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Launder and change bed linens
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes

**Required Skills**:

- Vehicle and drivers licence
- Proficiency in residential cleaning techniques
- Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in various spaces
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
