- Safely operate a taxi or ride-hailing vehicle during night shifts (hours may vary).
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring passengers have a pleasant and comfortable ride.
- Navigate to passengers' destinations using GPS or map systems, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle (inside and out).
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, if required.
- Process payments, provide receipts, and handle cash or digital transactions accurately.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents promptly.
- Adhere to company protocols regarding safety, confidentiality, and customer service.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and management for operational updates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Class 4 Driver's Licence** (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a taxi driver or ride-hailing driver is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area and efficient navigation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle night shifts.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain composure in busy or stressful situations.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Must pass background checks.
