Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a
**Promotions and Release Analyst** to join our team. Reporting to the Promotions and Release Supervisor, the successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting with expediting and promotion for in-stock reporting and analytics.

**What You'll Do**:

- Execute and manage promotional check point process - confirm replenishment orders have been placed and will deliver on time.
- Monitor promotional orders are on time and shipped complete. Communicate action requirements to all relevant groups.
- ETA management for promotional items in all systems. Ensure on time shipment on all import/domestic promotional orders.
- Work with Inventory Analyst, Merchant teams and Compliance teams.
- Work with internal chain departments to ensure proper flow of product in support of events and update status accordingly.
- Identify items overlapping from reorder of one event to start of next event.
- Manage the daily release of promotional product to stores for events, markets and others in alignment with dealer requirements and Distribution Centre capacity.
- Analytical reporting responsibilities. Produce, analyze promotional reports with a focus on operational improvement and promotional event in stock.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure we are on task with KPI’s, and take corrective action where needed for exceptions and deadlines.
- Monitor promotional customer service levels to identify underlying issues of poor performance.
- Identify opportunities for promotions process and procedural improvements.
- Develop exception reporting that supports promotional in stock goals.
- Provide backup support to the Promotion and Release team.

**What we're looking for**:

- College diploma in Business Management, Inventory Management or Supply Chain.
- One to two years’ experience within an expediting or replenishment position.
- Knowledge of supply chain process, with advanced analytical skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally throughout the business.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks with competing priorities.
- A self-starter that can work under pressure and take initiative.
- Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, Oracle Discoverer, Power BI (would be considered an asset).
