We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Medical Aesthetician **to join our team. As a medical aesthetician, you will provide a range of cosmetic and skincare services to our diverse clientele. You will work under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional and use evidence-based science to deliver safe and effective treatments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform various skincare treatments, such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and various energy-based device and laser treatments, with attention to safety and client comfort.
- Operate energy-based devices (e.g., lasers, ultrasound, and radiofrequency) according to protocol, ensuring client safety and optimal results.
- Utilize evidence-based science and current research to inform treatment decisions and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Educate clients on skincare best practices and recommend appropriate products to support their at-home skincare routine.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry developments by attending continuing education courses and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a Medical Aesthetician program with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetic setting.
- Professional yet friendly personality and warm bedside manner.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments, techniques, and products.
- A commitment to diversity and inclusivity, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients and skin types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Passion for professional development, skincare, and learning new treatment modalities
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow safety and infection control protocols.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to communicate at a high level both verbally and in writing

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
