The Opportunity
- We have an exciting new opportunity for a data-driven P&C Business Partner Specialist to join our team In this role, you will work with our People & Culture Business Partners and other key stakeholders to support a variety of Human Resources activities and annual programs.
Who You'll Work With
- You will report to the Director & Senior Business Partner and support aspects of P&C Business Partner Services. You will work closely with the P&C Business Partners, People Operations, and COEs to partner on key initiatives and programs that support the delivery of day-to-day activities.
What You'll Do- Support our P&C Business Partners to prepare and execute annual HR programs (talent review, year-end compensation cycle, goal setting, annual workforce planning, etc.) and other initiatives.-
- Be responsible for fulfilling the majority of reporting and analytics required for Business Partners to undertake their work, including data from Workday and Peakon, our employee engagement survey. You will act as the central point of contact for such requests, partnering with People Operations on complex reporting needs or when access is insufficient.-
- Help develop detailed files and requirements for People Operations to effectively execute organizational changes.-
- Help develop draft change and communication plans for organization design, working with the P&C Business Partner Manager Projects and/or other P&C Business Partners assigned to client teams.-
- Work with the Business Partner team to support leaders with People Pulse questions and action planning activities.-
- Support any other work and projects as assigned by the Business Partner team.-
- Participate in Performance, Talent, Succession calibrations, taking notes and updating Workday accordingly.-
- Provide managers with supporting documentation to assist them with drafting job descriptions.-
- Draft insights for decks prepared by People Operations (i.e., Performance Calibration, Talent Review, Talent Health Checks, etc.).-
- Train new team members on processes and policies.-
- Work in a team environment with mínimal supervision and maintain cooperative working relationships, balancing workload amongst team members.What You'll Need- At least three years of experience, preferably in Human Resources.-
- Experience working with Workday or a comparable HCM (Human Capital Management) system.-
- Proven ability in reporting and analytics, creating visualizations, manipulating data in Excel, and building PowerPoint presentations-
- Proven ability to partner with HR technology teams to build basic reporting required to deliver visualizations.-
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.-
- Experience partnering with business or HR colleagues.-
- Experience with a global organization.-
- Ability to manage, perform, and prioritize multiple priorities under time constraints.-
- Ability to perform detailed tasks with accuracy and mínimal supervision.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) at all levels in the organization (employees, managers, and leaders) while maintaining confidentiality.-
- Customer service-focused and a strong attention to detail.-
- Sound knowledge of HR policies and programs.-
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).- #LI-WC1
