Foreman/quality Control Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
**Supervision & Coordination**:
- Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Develop and manage daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew attendance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the site crew and project managers.
**Quality Assurance & Compliance**:
- Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
**Resource Management**:
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, work hours, and equipment usage.
**Communication & Reporting**:
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any technical or logístical challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years construction experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
- First Aid Level 2 an asset (not required)
Construction Hours are 7am-3:30pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Foreman: 2 years (required)
