**Program Description: Winter Break Financial Literacy Camp**:
Our Winter Break Financial Literacy Camp helps students develop critical money management skills in a fun and interactive environment. Campers explore topics such as budgeting, saving, earning, and responsible spending through hands-on activities, games, and group challenges.
By participating in the camp, students gain practical knowledge of financial concepts while building confidence, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
**Position Overview: Camp Counselor - Financial Literacy**:
We’re looking for an **enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated** counselor to lead and support campers in our Winter Break Financial Literacy program. If you enjoy working with children, have a passion for teaching money management skills, and love creating fun and engaging activities, this is the role for you
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Assist in leading financial literacy activities, games, and workshops
- Support campers in understanding budgeting, saving, and other financial concepts
- Encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging camp environment
- Prepare and organize materials before sessions; clean up after activities
- Track attendance and provide brief reports as needed
- Experience working with children in camps, afterschool programs, or educational settings
- Interest or background in financial literacy, math, or related fields
- Energetic, approachable, and patient teaching style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping students develop practical life skills
