Our jewellery department—the Jewellery Gallery—is one of our largest departments. It has become a top buying and selling destination for gold and diamonds. Our team of jewellery professionals cover all aspects of jewellery from buying and testing, researching and cleaning, to presentation and selling. They are dedicated to quality and providing services that allows for fine jewellery to be accessible and affordable. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detailed-oriented jeweller to join and elevate our growing team

**Responsibilities**:

- Examine jewellery
- Maintaining & Cleaning Jewellery Gallery; workstation, displays and jewellery.
- Exceptional customer service which includes handling client’s jewellery for cleaning, inspection, appraisals and sales.
- Evaluate and price jewellery for resale.
- Monitor and adjust prices based on fluctuating gold & silver values.
- Restocking merchandise.
- Creating and updating jewellery retail displays.

**Assess customer needs and provide information on products.**
- Help with customer checkout and salesfloor duties.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty.
- Commitment to delivering consistent results every day.
- Working knowledge of in-store inventory systems.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
- Willingness to work; days, evenings & weekend shifts.
- Experience working with jewellery.
- Willingness to learn.
