**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center;
- Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers;
- Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers;
- Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization;
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively;
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects;
- Enforce internal safety rules on your sites;
- Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) and / or technical;
- You have five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector;
- You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams;
- You adopt best practices in project management;
- You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments;
- You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written;
- You demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution;
- You have initiative, concern for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority
