The TA Administrator is responsible for all administration supporting the Talent Attraction department. They proactively work to complete all administrative related tasks and departmental reporting.

You are a participative and autonomous individual contributor who will be supporting a team of HR Professionals who specialize Attraction and Recruitment, HR and Health & Safety, Associate Engagement, Training and Performance Management.

**Responsibilities**

**Part 1**:People and Culture**
- Prepare all TA offers and follow up as required
- Monitor background check responses and escalate as appropriate
- Reference checking

**Part 2: Teamwork and Collaboration**
- Back up recruiting for overflow on all for entry level hourly paid positions (screening, posting etc).

**Part 3: Reporting**
- All reporting for TA department

**Job Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years clerical experience
- 2+ years of customer service
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to type 50+ wpm with 90% accuracy is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills

**Work Environment**
