**Role**:

- Perform various data entry duties as per client requests.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Daily interaction with a diverse customer base
- Perform document proofreading and order verifications to ensure accuracy.
- Working in a fast-paced environment

**Experience and Skills**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP would be an asset but not mandatory
- Demonstrated knowledge Microsoft Windows: Word/Excel/Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, solve problems and work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry duties in a fast paced and adapting environment

**Other Requirements**:

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism as per stated in the SCI guidelines
- Excellent Attendance Record (Attendance Management Policy) and adheres to Company Policies
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent Organization, reporting skills and attention to detail
- Team orientated and dependable
- Updated Security Clearance will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$19.50 per hour

Schedule:

- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- english and french (required)
