The mandates of the Centre d'innovation Gilles Soucy are variable (2 to 3 years) with the possibility of renewal.

You will deploy your potential in two important domains
Marketing
Getting out in the field to understand our customers and their needs.
Staying on top of market trends and sharing them, for example by participating in events
Develop your network of contacts among users to validate ideas
Analyze markets, their clientele and the competition
Innovation
Actively participate in innovation by representing the user's vision
Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and industrial design departments
Evaluate the market potential of our innovations
Validate the desirability of an innovation with customers using various techniques
The ideal creative profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or business intelligence
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or function
Knowledge of agricultural, powersports and industrial equipment markets
Data manipulation and analysis

**Expertise in market analysis**: research, size, segmentation, behavior, competition
Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills
Initiative, versatility and adaptability
