We are currently seeking a Full **Time Ramp Agent / Aircraft refueler/**, to join our FBO Team.
**Ramp Agent / Aircraft Refueler Duties Include**
- This position is responsible for marshaling in aircraft to the FBO location.
- Responsible for all ground services required by aircraft such as air stairs, hook up for lavatory, water, and ground power services to the aircraft.
- Transfer baggage and cargo from aircraft to FBO and FBO to aircraft
- Safely tow aircraft in and out of the hangar
- To greet and serve our customers with the highest standards
- Transportation of passengers, as needed, to/from area hotels.
- Responsible to refuel aircraft according to standard procedure.
- Complete quality control testing on fuel product.
- This position requires a flexible work schedule as this is a 24/7 operation
- Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance FBO efficiency
- Experience with aviation ground handling services is very much desired but not a requirement. Gateway Facilities ULC has a thorough training program to ensure that all of our employees meet and exceed the highest levels of safety and customer service. Prospective applicants simply need a strong sense of safety and customer service to apply. This position does require you to work in all weather conditions, and flexibility with your schedule is a must as we operate 24 hours a day. As a minimum requirement, each applicant must posses the following:
- High school diploma
- Be at least 18 years of age
- A valid drivers license
- Must pass Transport Canada Security Clearance
- Ability to work as a team or on your own with little or no supervision
