**Job Description**:

The Specialist, Corporate Sustainability will support our overarching Sustainable Impact Strategy and assisting with various business-wide social and environmental reporting initiatives.

The Specialist, Corporate Sustainability Reporting will be responsible for data management, reporting, research, and programmatic support across many of our sustainability initiatives. The Specialist role will also work with cross-functional teams such as: Product Compliance and QA, Legal, Sourcing, Product and Materials Development, Operations, Logistics, and Investor Relations, as well as external partners and organizations to ensure all programs and initiatives successfully operate within Canada Goose.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist ESG reporting in the organization by defining metrics and designing and implementing a consistent data collection process
- Support data collection by relevant departments and external stakeholders for Canada Goose’s annual submission to the Higg Index BRM, FEM, and FSLM
- Assist with our annual ESG Report needs including alignment to recognized standards (e.g., GRI and SASB), content and asset management, and quality assurance of data
- Assist with responding to internal and external requests relating to our sustainability metrics (e.g., retailer sustainability questionnaires)
- Support our environmental initiatives by assisting with our annual GHG emissions inventory, reporting on our progress to Net Zero, and ensuring internal PFM claims are being tracked and requirements are met
- Support our social performance initiatives by synthesizing audit findings and communicating progress
- Handle general department administration and budget needs as required

**Let's Talk About You**:

- 3+ years of relevant corporate experience in Sustainability or ESG, preferably in retail, consulting, or finance
- Post-secondary degree in Sustainability, accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Enjoy working with data with advanced analytic and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge and experience with applicable global sustainability standards (Higg Index, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD)
- Understanding of ESG reporting, both in terms of legislation and investor expectations
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong internet research skills and developed methods for gathering research material
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and create positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
