Skyvington Manufacturing is an industry leading steel fabricator located in Mississauga. We are currently looking for Metal Polishers and Finishers to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use a variety of hand tools and floor mounted polishing machinery to achieve desired finishes in mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with repetitive tasks and mínimal supervision
- Carry out quality checks on an ongoing basis to ensure jobs are within tolerance and to the desired finish.
- Perform daily and weekly maintenance / troubleshooting of laser equipment as required.
- Meet tight deadlines and production needs as required.
- Utilize material handling equipment as required.
- Lift 50 lbs
- Abide by all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations.
- Adhere to established quality and housekeeping standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- 2 years finishing experience
- Knowledge of grinding, sanding and brushed finishes
- Organizing and keeping track of daily work
- Ability to manually sort, label and handle material
- Must demonstrate good work habits and interact well with others in a busy work environment.

Day Shift 6:00 am to 2:30pm

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
