Description of work: We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team as a cashier at Mexico Restaurant. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth transactions at the cash register. If you are passionate about Mexican food and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Process orders accurately and efficiently using our point of sale system. Accept cash, credit/debit cards and other forms of payment from customers. Provide assistance and answer questions regarding menu items and special offers. Maintaining cleanliness and order at the checkout counter Collaborates with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. **Requirements**: Experience working as a cashier or in customer service is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions. Flexible work in evenings, weekends and holidays Bilingualism (English and French) is an advantage.
