**Job Summary**
**Reporting to the Director of Marketing**, this role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of event planning, marketing campaigns, communications, and the creation of branding and promotional materials.
**Responsibilities**
**_ Communications_**
- Maintain corporate LinkedIn pages (Swegon North America and Vibro-Acoustics) to grow followers, engage with contacts and post relevant content.
- Ensure timely and effective internal communication between three manufacturing facilities.
- Create and distribute monthly Swegon North America newsletter and updated TV presentation with Employee, Office, and Wellness updates.
- Perform updates to datasheets as directed by the Product Manager
- Provide website development assistance and maintenance, maintaining content accuracy.
**_ Campaign Management_**
- Develop clear and concise campaign briefs, outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative direction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
**_ Event Planning_**
- Research, plan and execute the coordination of external corporate events and tradeshows, including venue sourcing, budgeting, logistics, invitations, registration, and support communications.
- Coordinate with representatives and customers to organize tradeshows, open houses, and event participation.
- Research, plan and execute the coordination of internal meetings and events for employees of Swegon North America - including holiday lunches, BBQs, sprit days, town halls and sales meetings.
- Organize and arrange catering for training seminars and internal meetings.
- Organize and help facilitate webinars. (Sending online invitations, tracking attendance)
- Organize shipping logistics of demo units and training materials for off-site training programs with Swegon North America representatives and customers.
**_ Project Leadership_**
- Take ownership of marketing projects, delegate tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree or College diploma in marketing or communications or related discipline experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficiency in HubSpot and WordPress is required
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of social media - specifically LinkedIn
- Organized, detail orientated, ability to multi-task
- Exceptional planning, prioritizing and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and highly discrete issues
- Knowledge of marketing, human resources and business management principles and procedures
- Ability to collaborate in team environments and work well independently
- Desire and passion for continuous improvement
- A background in Graphic Design is an asset.
- Ability to travel throughout North America on occasion
