Linster Construction, a diversified residential and light commercial general contractor, is currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Labourer to join our team. Our projects are typically challenging and involve all aspects of residential and light commercial construction. In this role, you will support our carpenters and site supervisors in various framing tasks while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist carpenters and site supervisors with framing tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment related to framing
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools under the guidance of experienced team members
- Prepare and clean construction sites, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in construction, framing, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment, particularly those used in framing
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation
- Must be able to safely drive and maneuver heavy loads with truck and trailer in city traffic (if required)

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
