**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for a Concrete and Rebar Project Manager to oversee the production and completion of large-scale projects. You must be a multi-tasker who has excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, and can effectively manage a team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines. At the start of each project, you will collaborate with other department heads to discuss the scope and budget. Then you will monitor each phase, ensuring the staff works efficiently and that the final product meets our client’s expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Day to day management of projects and staff to ensure quality, client standards and schedule requirements is met.
- Good knowledge on Checking and Modeling process is desired.
- Prepare drawing packages and issue to the client as per scheduled delivery dates.
- Manage RFIs and Change Orders.
- Coordinate with HQ to meet project requirements
- Work directly with operations manager to ensure client satisfaction
- Should have exposure in any of the codes like CISC & AISC
- Handle the team of Modelers, Checkers and Editors to achieve desired results.
- Meeting Project Delivery Deadlines.
- Ensure all the office procedures, manuals and client standards are understood and followed meticulously by the staff.
- Keeping track of schedules and deliverables on all the jobs
- Guide and interact in house modeling and editing teams and ensure that all learning on the job are passed onto the team.
- Maintain project reports and trackers.
- Coordinate with all internal departments and clients based on the need.
Qualifications:
- Advanced level of knowledge of Tekla Structures.
- Must have knowledge of AISC & CISC Standards.
- Considerable proficiency and experience in working on Commercial US Projects.
- Proven project management and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to complete multiple tasks with mínimal guidance.
- Deadline driven with an attention to detail.
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in AISC / CISC Projects.
- Must have good communication skills. (Written & Spoken).
- Must have good experience in Model Checking.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/certificate
- Canadian Citizenship/Legally able to work in Canada
