The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will be responsible to the ILS Sustainment and Provisioning Lead for Cataloging and Administrative and Support functions, and such will work closely with ILS Project Engineers and Supply Chain.

**Note: This position is a 6 Month Limited Term Employment opportunity including extended health benefits and vacation. Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 889 Harbourside Drive in North Vancouver.
**What you'll do**

The ILS Specialist will provide the following day-to-day support while assisting and coordinating specific activities, including:

- **Cataloging**
- Review and verification of equipment Part Numbers, Cage Codes and related technical data.
- Evaluating and acquiring supplementary Vendor Furnished information needed to Catalog Systems and presenting this information at Provisioning Conferences
- Arranging meetings with VSY suppliers in conjunction with VSY Supply Chain buyers or attending supplier progress meetings to address Requests for Information
- **Administration Support Functions**
- Update of Label criteria for Spares and Special Tools and Test Equipment and Installed Equipment identified for serial management.
- Update of Spares and Special Tools and Test Equipment and Consumables meta data with respect to prices part number changes and Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transport.Customer Equipment and Document Number Application Requests and Management.

**What you'll bring**
- An Engineering degree, or Equivalent Experience or enrolled in a Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering degree program.
- Background in marine systems and equipment is desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Strong technical skills including the ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
- Excellent digital literacy including Excel/Word/ PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction and manage your time effectively.Strong attention to detail.
