**Duties of a Lot Attendant include**

  • Rearrange vehicles to maximize space and maintain vehicle lot.
  • Examine incoming new vehicles to detect damage and confirm presence or lack of noted accessories on invoices (i.e. spare tires).
  • Take pictures of new and used cars for online presentation.
  • Wash and clean new vehicles, as required.
  • Travel to license office to pick up and deliver information.
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives, and procedures.
  • Comply with required health and safety regulations.
  • Perform any other duties as required.

**Requirements for the Lot Attendant Position**

  • Up to a year of experience as a lot attendant is an asset.
  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Must be able to provide a driver’s abstract.
  • Team player.
