We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to elevate our brand through compelling visual storytelling and design.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Videographer/Editor who is highly creative, technically skilled, and passionate about sports. This role involves owning the production pipeline from concept to final export, with a strong emphasis on editing and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, take initiative, and tell powerful stories through video.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shoot and edit sports-focused content including interviews, behind-the-scenes, short docs, and promotional pieces
- Design and animate motion graphics using After Effects
- Create visually compelling edits that align with SWSE’s creative vision
- Select music, sound design, and color to enhance storytelling
- Manage media, backups, and maintain an organized editing workflow
- Deliver final edits for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Respond to feedback and revisions under tight deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and editing, preferably in sports or entertainment
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Cloud tools
- Strong sense of narrative, pacing, and visual composition
- Demonstrated ability to create content for digital audiences
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
- Passion for sports, both mainstream and niche

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital media environment
- Familiarity with YouTube/TikTok best practices and analytics
- Skills in color grading, audio mixing, or animation beyond After Effects
- Experience managing shoots from pre-production to delivery
