Our Edmonton, AB location is currently looking for:
**Site Assessor**

Daily driving to and from residential construction sites within territory, with short periods of office time to organize day, scheduling installs and paperwork submission. 80% of this job involves driving.

**Site Assessor Responsibilities**
- Daily construction site visits
- Conduct preconstruction measures prior to install
- Identify residential sites ready for installation (Access & Conditions)
- Scheduling install crew within residential construction timelines
- Communicate and submit daily reports with internal staff
- Communicate with contracted installers as required
- Communicate with site superintendents as required
- Analyze and identify site issues and resolve
- Coordinate the necessary resources to manage site issues or repairs
- Maintain detailed log related to issues and repairs, including backup photos
- Identify product and/or installation issues and assign or bill accordingly
- Approve change requests, modifications, and repairs in the field
- Identify and forward, new customers and builders, to sales team
- Educate site superintendents with installation process & site expectations whenever possible
- Additional duties as required

**Site Assessor Skills**:

- Experience with residential cribbing and foundation systems
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Have outstanding organizational and communication capabilities
- Have strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Possess strong problem solving and time management capabilities
- Excellent driving skills and daily trip planning
- Have a valid driver's license and drivers abstract according to company policy
