*Duties*
- Greet patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
- Assist with patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and managing electronic medical records
- Aid in conducting preliminary tests and assessments on patients' vision and eye health
- Provide a welcoming environment for all patients
- Handle inquiries over the phone or in person, addressing patient concerns and inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical area

*Requirements*
- Experience in a medical office or retail sales setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry is advantageous
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience working in an optical setting is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.08-$26.65 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
