**SCHEDULE**
Monday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Promote a positive community atmosphere by welcoming tenants and visitors to the office
- Follow up on tenant concerns
- Assist tenants with inquiries including rent and utility payments
- Manage office coordination such as contractor key sign outs, oversee visitor access, direct couriers/deliveries and book amenities for tenants.
- Manage office inventory, office supplies and kitchen items as required.
- Check mailbox and drop box throughout the day
- Assist tenants in creating and following up on Work Orders (WO)
- Assist tenants to access and use ‘Parkbridge Connect’
- Manage community-specific notices (e.g., BBQs, appreciation events) and monitor community board postings.
- Document management (scan/upload/send items and notices as needed)
**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration, customer service, or property management is an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role, preferably in property management or a community-focused environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The expected hourly range for this role is **$18-19 per hour.**
