**Order Processing Clerk (FT) Etobicoke, Burlington**

We are a Toronto transportation company looking for an Order processing clerk for our Etobicoke/Burlington locations.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:

- Pricing sales orders as per contract pricing.
- Reviewing order details.
- Comparing details to contract and any special notes.
- Following up with customers on extras to contract items.
- Tracking discrepancies and following up with customers to resolve.
- Data entry and review of various reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Specifications—Skills and Competencies**:

- Must be able to communicate effectively (both written and oral).
- Must be organized and have great attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter and work independently.
- 1-years experience in an order processing position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ), and Accounting Software.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask.
- Work well under pressure and within deadlines.

**Education and Training**:

- Successful completion of a Business or Office Administration program, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a Transportation /Logistics/Courier environment preferred.
