**Requirements**:

- Ability to both take and give direction in a team environment
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
- Be physically strong (lift min. 50 lbs) and a quick learner
- Class G license with a clean abstract and own transportation
- Knowledge of landscape products, power and hand tools, and installation techniques preferred
- Skid steer, excavator, tractor, or other heavy equipment experience preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of the production of custom landscapes
- Assist in organizing the site, ensuring a safe workplace and gathering materials
- Use of skid steer, mini-excavators, stone saws, plate compactor, and other hand and power tools as trained or certified
- Participate in the goals and objectives of Wild Ridge Landscapes, including the building of a company culture that is always respectful, inclusive, and motivated to provide excellent results and to constantly be growing in knowledge and skills.
