**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
The General Labourer is responsible for bundling products, packing products into cases, putting cases onto a skid, lifting material, working on machinery, and cleaning the work area. **This job involves lifting heavy boxes repeatedly.**
**Shift**:
- This is a full-time position. Hours of work are 6:30 am-3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
**Who can apply?**
**You must be Legally entitled to work in Canada and have a valid Social Insurance Number.**
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Lifting is required. Repeatedly lift 30-50-pound boxes. Please ensure you can lift this weight repeatedly throughout the day
- Lifting from the ground to waist level and back
- Comfortable lifting boxes from waist level to stack onto a skid between 4-6 feet high.
- Must be able to safely lift heavy boxes at a steady pace.
- Good attention to detail.
- Works well cooperatively with others.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Reasonable English speaking and comprehension.
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots are required.
**Compensation**:
- $18-18.50 per hour depending on experience. Salary review after 3 months.
