**Job Title: Skilled Laborer**

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician based at our facility in Langley. The role involves maintaining modular buildings when not at customer sites. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring our modular fleet remains in top condition for our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general labor duties, including cleaning, painting, and general repairs.
- Replace floor tiles and conduct other minor repairs.
- Load and unload stairs, furniture, and other items as necessary.
- Assist with organizing and storing materials.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift, with certification provided if needed.
- Assist in picking and packing material orders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.

**Essential Skills**
- At least 1 year of construction experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors.
- Capability to lift 50lbs.
- Willingness to undergo background and drug/alcohol testing.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
- Forklift certification or experience (preferred).
- Additional experience in construction trades is advantageous.

**Work Environment**

Work alongside approximately 15 team members on site, with a dedicated group of service technicians. The schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Langley, BC.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
