The Adult Hockey League Convenor is responsible for providing evening and weekend coordination and supervision of the Iroquois Park Sports Centre Adult Hockey League(s) including:

- coordinating team and individual requirements for adult hockey league registration and tracking required participant documentation;
- maintain team rosters and lists in accordance with league rules;
- ensure all league registration fees are collected and recorded in accordance with league payment policies;
- scheduling, overseeing and monitoring exhibition, regular season, playoff and tournament games according to league rules on a nightly basis including game sheet preparation, distribution and end of evening collection;
- collection of Referee reports and provide comment regarding on and off-ice incidents as well as player suspensions;
- complete nightly player statistics and team standings;
- creating and administration of league schedules and appropriately realigning of divisions as required;
- schedule officials and timekeepers and track games worked for officials and timekeepers;
- providing league members and the general public with prompt and courteous customer service and maintain positive relationships with all;
- assist in the marketing and promotion of league and tournament recruitment and development; and
- other duties as assigned.
