Paint Prep Labourer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with mínimal direction to all written or verbal work instructions
- Prepare the surface of raw or primed materials for further processing
- Operate basic hand tools and job specific power tools related to paint prep activates
- Performs all tasks related to their classification in accordance with safe work practices and applicable legislation
- Comply with all WHMIS and environmental regulations regarding the storage, use and disposal of hazardous chemicals
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- MUST be reliable, punctual, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience an asset but willing to train the right applicant
- Good communication skills, with the ability to give and take clear direction; verbal and written
- Safety training an asset but willing to train as required
- Detail oriented and willing to function as part of a highly motivated team
- Must pass pre-employment physical demands and abilities assessment
