As a family owned business the members of the Seaboard Transport Group work together as a unit filled with transportation enthusiasts on the road, on the ground and in the office. Join us today as we are currently hiring a **Revenue and Settlements Data Entry Clerk **based in **Dartmouth.**

Work from home (In-office training up to 6 weeks)

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review and audit delivery documentation received from drivers and owner/operators and make required adjustments to TMW software as required Document all driver requests for additional time, verify against e-logs and summarize for review and approval.
- Prepare summary of extra time billable to customers based on delivery documentation.
- Report paperwork and order entry discrepancies for subsequent coaching back to drivers and dispatchers.
- Interact with drivers, dispatchers, and operations managers for resolution of discrepancies and issues related to driver paperwork.
- Prepare/provide backup documentation to customers as required.
- Create and manage custom reports using MS Excel, Customer Templates and Industry Tools.
- Ensure all documentation is received as required for billing purposes.
- Communicate with billing and pay departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and pay.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Excellent organization and time
- management skills.
- Well organized, detail oriented and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
