**Position Overview**:
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are consistently met across all designated facilities. This role includes supervising and coordinating cleaning staff, managing work schedules, conducting inspections, and recommending additional services as required.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Manage and establish work schedules, ensuring proper coverage across all shifts.
- Assist in hiring, training, and on-boarding new cleaning staff, and arrange for additional training as needed.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and high-quality performance.
- Supervise 3-4 cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to company standards.

**Site Inspections & Quality Standards**:

- Conduct regular inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Ensure that cleaning protocols are strictly followed, and safety standards are always maintained.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations and mínimal disruption to daily activities.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties when necessary to meet workload demands.
- Manage billing processes and receive payment for specialized cleaning services as applicable.

**Budgeting and Resource Management**:

- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies, services, and additional work as required.
- Ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment, managing inventory to minimize waste.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with management regarding staffing levels, schedules, and any facility issues.
- Report promptly on any concerns related to cleanliness, safety, or equipment malfunctions to the management team.

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities role, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to assess and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in varied environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.25-$28.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
