Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a new role?

Our client has been specializing in wood for many years. They are now seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to join their warehouse team as a forklift operator.

The position will be 70% on the forklift and 30% general labor/order picking with machinery to strap wood. (all done with a machine)

**The main tasks**:

- Move products with a counterbalance forklift in an efficient and timely manner. (long odd sizes)
- Ensure the freight is loaded properly for each destination.
- Execute any other tasks related to the position.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as an operator.
- Must be experienced with heavy equipment & heights.
- Valid counterbalance forklift license.
- Knowledge of RF scanners.
- Have highly effective skills and techniques.
- Have a hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Be able to provide some physical effort.

**Salary**:$21.00 per hour

**Schedule**:Evening shift, Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., full time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
