Security - Full Time - Healthcare Zone Supervisor
**Position Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and oversight on daily frontline duties
- Lead by example and act as a role model to frontline staff
- Work with minimum supervision and be able to make informed decisions on-the-go
- Share information between clients, management and the frontline staff, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with up-to-date and accurate information and expectations from our client
- Foster an open, positive work environment and solve workplace issues with tact and professionalism
- Provide coverage at sites as determined by operational requirements, which can include nights and weekends as needed
- Ensure company procedures and policies are adhered to and conduct regular site visits to support our frontline workforce
- Keep stock of forms, uniforms, and equipment to provide timely product delivery to the other Healthcare staff
- Handle employee inquiries and requests; work with management to identify collaborative solutions
- Provide regular reporting to branch management and operations
- If required, provide transport for an Officer who accepts a short notice shift or between sites
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous 2 years+ supervisory experience would be considered an asset, preferably in a security or customer service setting
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends and day shifts
- Able to travel up to four hours to communities outside of the Edmonton area
- Basic computer literacy
- Physically able to walk 18 - 20 km/day
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, combined with observation skills and clear record-keeping skills
- Ability to make informed decisions with limited information, sometimes in urgent situations
- Able to handle and protect confidential information
