Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager with a General Licence with the CMRAO to oversee the management and operations of our condominium properties. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our properties while ensuring excellent customer service to our tenants. As this is a new company with goals to grow province-wide, there is room for both growth and partnering with our founders.

**Duties**:

- Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, contracts, and financial transactions
- Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) to track tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for each property
- Stay updated on local market trends and competition to make informed decisions regarding rental rates and property improvements

**Requirements**:

- CMRAO General Licence
- 5+ Years experience managing Condominium properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficient in using property management software (e.g., Yardi) *can train.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $56,194.52-$110,090.16 per year
