**Position: Hotel Concierge/Security (Overnight)**
**The Role at a Glance**:This position plays a key role within our hotels. The Hotel Concierge/Security (Overnight) is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and maintaining the safety and comfort of hotel guests during the night. Effective communication, excellent customer service, and attentiveness to security are essential to excel in this position. Must be able to work independently and have strong problem-resolution skills. This position reports into the Front Desk Manager.
**Your Day To Day Duties**
- Welcome arriving guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Help guests with late-night check-ins or early-morning check-outs.
- Provide excellent guest services assisting guests with their needs such as delivering extra towels or pillows to rooms.
- Regularly patrol all areas of the hotel, including corridors, lobbies, parking lots, and other common areas.
- Ensure that all access points, such as entrances, exits, and emergency exits, are secure.
- Ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum during quiet hours to maintain a peaceful environment for guests.
- Identify and address any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
**You have**:
- Excellent customer service and computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule along with Overnight Shifts
- 1+ years of experience as a Concierge/Security
- Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
**Special Requirements and Certifications**:
- Valid Security Guard License & Emergency First Aid
- Flexibility as long hours are sometimes required.
- Ability to stand/walk during entire shift.
- Able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
