This is a permanent and effectively salary position, the workday starts at 9 AM and finishes around 4:00- 4:30 PM.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, respectful, honest, and punctual
- Enjoys the outdoors and is willing to work in less than perfect weather (we won’t work if the weather is bad)
- Physically fit (load and unload mowers, empty bags of grass, able to lift and carry 50 pounds)
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Self motivated
- Able to work independently, or as part of a team

We offer:

- $20-23/ hr. start, depending on experience. Frequent performance bonuses and increases
- Monday to Friday year-round, stable employment and income
- All holidays off and paid time off over Winter Break
- Great work/ life balance
- we never work past 4:30 and we don’t work in terrible weather

- All basic personal protective equipment and uniform
