We are seeking a Full-Time friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our health and water store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries about our water filtration systems.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure shelves are stocked with water products and supplies.
- Scheduling service and sales appointments.
- Meet sales targets
- Assisting customers with loading 50lb water jugs into their vehicles.
- Open and close the store, including handling opening and closing procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

- St. Catharines, ON L2S 0B6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
