**Responsibilities**

  • Answer Calls from Customers: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Collect Payment from Customers: Ensure accurate payment collection and processing for services rendered.
  • Schedule Job Work on Technicians' Schedules: Efficiently assign and coordinate technician appointments and service calls to optimize scheduling.
  • Manage Schedules for Mobile Technicians Across Vancouver Island: Oversee and maintain schedules for our mobile technicians, ensuring efficient routing and on-time service delivery.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data related to contracts, jobs, and treatment setups into our system. Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
  • Organizing & Reporting Data: Compile and prepare reports based on collected data, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Various Office Duties: Perform miscellaneous office tasks, including opening mail, scanning documents, coding accounts payable, and mailing invoices.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational requirement.
  • Proficiency with Office Software: Demonstrated ability to use standard office software for data entry and reporting.
  • Multitasking and Organization: Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

**Experience**: Prior experience in a similar administrative, scheduling, or routing role is preferred but not required.
