Podium is seeking a **Finishing Site Superintendent** to join our 3070 Ellesmere project team in **Scarborough**. The Finishing Site Superintendent will oversee the finishing stages of construction to ensure the delivery of a top-quality project on time.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities of the project, including: drywall, painting, flooring, trim carpentry, etc.
- Coordinate with all trade contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations, on-time delivery, and efficient project execution.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure efficient project execution.
- Implement quality assurance measures on-site, perform inspections, and resolve any defects or issues promptly.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Supervise subcontractors and manage any own forces skilled and general labor to ensure work is completed on time and meets required standards.
- Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Oversee final inspections and manage the completion and handover of the project.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Finishing Site Superintendent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong technical construction understanding of residential high-rise buildings.
