About Us

Cruze Auto Sales Inc. is a growing used car dealership in Windsor, committed to providing our customers with quality vehicles and exceptional service. We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs and budget
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Negotiate sales in a professional and transparent manner
- Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, online messages)
- Work with the dealership team to meet and exceed sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to earn commission
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- OMIVC Licensed is a bonus. Dealer will pay for a eligible applicant to obtain license at the dealership expense.

Compensation
- **Hourly wage + commission** (earnings based on performance)
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time available)
- Opportunity for growth within the dealership
