**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction projects.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.

**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
