We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will also be responsible for reading blueprints and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
- Cut and shape materials using saws, chisels, planes, routers, and other hand and power tools
- Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Finish surfaces by sanding, staining, or painting
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Train and supervise apprentices and other carpentry workers as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Proficient in reading blueprints and drawings
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
