**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and implement necessary adjustments to company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Provide strategic HR advice and recommendations to management on local matters and cultural issues.
- **Meet with the Operations Team's HR daily from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM Toronto time, with a maximum session of one hour.** The chosen meeting time must remain consistent and cannot be changed frequently.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of **Ontario Employment Standard Acts**.
- Experience in a comparable role within a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
