We’re new to Whistler, but we’ve been trailblazers in the cannabis retail scene for years. We're seeking passionate individuals to help us create an exceptional customer experience for both the Village and mountain communities.

- **Position: Budtender - Customer Service**_

At THC, customer service is the heart of what we do. As a Budtender, you’ll play a pivotal role in educating our customers, guiding them toward the perfect products, and delivering a world-class in-store experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stay up to speed with the latest cannabis products, trends, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Whistler team to drive sales and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Greet and assist customers, building genuine connections and understanding preferences.
- Process transactions while following cash handling and loss prevention best-practices.
- Support the team with store cleanliness, inventory management, and merchandising.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Cannabis knowledge is a must.**:

- Valid _Selling It Right_ certification (required).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (retail or hospitality preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Passionate about providing an unforgettable customer experience.
- Creative problem-solver who works well in a team.
- Must be 19 years or older.
