Smile Big Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our thriving practice in St. Albert, AB.
We are seeking someone to cover a parental leave for approximately 12-18 months, with the potential for continued employment.

Your Impact as Orthodontic Assistant
In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating positive patient experiences and driving practice growth. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the patient experience through outstanding customer service skills
- Taking intra-oral records including radiographs and iTero scans
- Provide excellent clinical assisting skills
- Provide oral health education to our patients and families
- Ensure detailed accurate charting
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice

About You
- Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality with a passion and energy for exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years’ experience working as a Registered Dental Assistant (orthodontics preferred)
- Completion of Ortho Module
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems (Dolphin) is an asset
