**Position Overview**

The Receptionist/Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone. This dual role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide detailed information about the products and services offered by Northern Patio and Sun Country.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through the customization process.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and promotions.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Knowledge of ordering supplies and inventory control of these items
- Adaptable to changing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment and prioritize tasks
- Positive and engaging individual who is relationship-driven and sets the energy of the team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must maintain a professional manner and customer service mindset
- 2+ years work experience in sales or office administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- College degree in Business Administration or transferable skills related to the job role competencies
