Leap Forward Childcare requires a 1:1 support worker for our 8 child full day pre school program February 2025 - August 2025. This position requires a BC ECE or ECEIT certificate and excellent problem solving, behavioral guidance and communication skills. The center is located at Peatt Rd and Goldstream Ave in the heart of Langford BC. All our children enjoy access to a BEAUTIFUL dance studio and well-organized classrooms, and daily visits to neighborhood playgrounds rain or shine Our days are busy and exciting We have a structured yet flexible daily schedule. Programming is guided by the interests of the children and educators supporting a "learn through play" philosophy. Experience working with children who require additional support is appreciate but not mandatory. We are happy to mentor an educator who has the desire to learn and grow into this role.
